When Eileen and Heiko bought this neglected 600 sq ft one bedroom house nestled beneath the Berkeley Rose Garden, they had a very particular vision of what they wanted for their future residence.
By adding 1000 sq ft of living space and enhancing the interior with natural wood trim and a radiant heat floor, the house was transformed.
Because the clients were delighted with the outcome of the project, we were subsequently hired to transform their old garage into a studio space. With its rustic exterior and close vicinity to the Rose Garden, the calm interior invites you to come in and meditate.
